CONTEXT brings fresh energy to P&G’s internal comms

With over 180 years of heritage, Procter & Gamble doesn’t just make products, it shapes culture. When P&G’s Fabric Care Division needed to keep its global team informed and inspired, they called CONTEXT to help deliver the message.

Heartbeat with humanity

Internal newsletters aren’t always known for their sparkle. But HeartBeat, P&G Fabric Care’s quarterly publication, was designed to be different: story-driven, people-first, and packed with purpose. We worked closely with the internal comms team to write every issue over two years, conducting interviews, crafting narratives, and making sure each edition hit the right tone.

Telling stories that stick

From R&D breakthroughs to behind-the-scenes features, the brief was clear: tell stories that connect global teams, humanise the business, and celebrate what’s next. Each issue was handled end-to-end by CONTEXT, with on-site interviews in Geneva, resulting in a clean, collaborative process that kept things as fresh as the laundry.

What value did we bring?

We made internal comms feel external-grade. CONTEXT gave HeartBeat a distinct editorial voice: engaging, energetic, and smartly structured. Eight issues later, the newsletter had become a must-read across the division. Because when you’ve got thousands of employees, strong stories – freshly written – are the strongest thread.
